The meal floor is the floor where the miller is. He collects the flour in sacks on this floor. The flour is derived from the stone floor. The miller checks the softness and temperature of the flour. The meal floor has two doors which give access to the stage outside the mill. By that way the miller can stop the wings when it is necessary.
